I'm a mother of four. I have gotten completely over my head in credit card debt and I was making the minimum payments each month but no longer can. I'm in arrears to five (5) different creditors. I work full-time but that's only enough to make the house payment, some credit card payments, buy groceries, pay for utilities and pay for child care. I don't want to declare bankruptcy..... I don't even know if I would be eligible to do so. I don't know where else to turn. I'm scared of being turned over to collection agencies for fear my wages will be garnished. I surely can't live on less than I already am.
If anyone can help, I would be eternally grateful.
